                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 3600
                   BLOCK OF CUMMINGS ROAD ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
                   CUMMINGS ROAD AND INTERSECTING WITH LABELING
                   WAY, FROM R-4 SPECIAL ZONE TO M-2 LIGHT
                   INDUSTRIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located in the 3600 block of
                Cummings Road on the north side of Cummings Road
                and intersecting with Labeling Way.  A tract of
                land identified in deed book 3251, page 970, ROHC
                and referenced by the attached map.  Tax Map 154,
                parcel 9 (pt.).
               
               
         from R-4 Special Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Subject to buffer as shown on site plan.09
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
